Sara Bayley

Sara joined the Together Trust in 2015 as Deputy Head Teacher at Inscape House School due to her passion and enthusiasm for working across age groups and students with a range of needs. She became acting Headteacher in November 2018 and substantive Headteacher and Head of Service in May 2019. Sara was appointed as acting Head of Service for Bridge College in May 2021 and acting Head of Service at Ashcroft School in April 2022. Sara has recently been appointed as Executive Head of Education Services. Before joining the Trust, Sara had always worked in the education sector as a primary school teacher, senior manager and headteacher.
