Paul Davies

Paul joined the Together Trust in September 2023 to ensure that there are processes in place so that the charity is well-run and well-governed, as well as support trustees and governors in their roles.

Paul has worked with charities since 2005, initially managing and training staff, volunteers and service users in disability charities, so he has always been passionate about learning and personal development. In addition, Paul has worked for Chester Voluntary Action for nearly eight years, working on various projects but ultimately supporting local charities and community groups to grow and develop through support, guidance, and training. This is when he started to learn more about governance and how to run a charity, and his most recent role was as Corporate Services Manager at Age UK Bolton where Paul was focused on governance and areas such as risk and quality assurance.

Outside work, Paul volunteers with ARC, a Stockport-based arts and mental health charity where he is Director and Vice Chair.
