Ian Uttridge
Head of Children and Families
Ian joined the Trust in 2016 and has worked for over 30 years in social care in the statutory and voluntary sectors as a social worker, team manager and residential manager before joining our leadership team.
His experience has been within children and family services, where he has led children’s safeguarding teams and is a strong advocate for the rights of children in residential and foster care. Ian’s values correlate with our fostering agency and residential provision being part of a multi-disciplinary nonprofit organisation.
