Trevor has worked in the IT sector for over 30 years. In the past ten years he has focused on guiding companies in developing and implementing their digital strategies. In that time, he has worked in a number of diverse sectors - leading a digital transformation for Manchester City Council, building the online presence for an international personal travel planning business and shaping the digital experience for The Co-operative members.
Trevor’s key strengths are in his inclusive approach to managing teams and delivering large scale programmes and projects using waterfall and agile techniques. He also has extensive vendor management experience from both a technical and business perspective.
