I have supported staff and students to improve teaching and learning across all services year on year. Through planning audits, lesson observations, work scrutiny, learning walks and training sessions I have been successful in ensuring Ashcroft School is a safe and nurturing environment to thrive in. Developing teachers and unlocking potential in young people are the elements of my job that drive me to challenge myself and others around me every day.
