Roland Guy
People and Culture Director
Roland Guy joined the Together Trust charity in April 2024. His role is about developing and implementing a people and culture strategy that supports the mission, values and strategic goals of the Together Trust. This encompasses all of the fantastic work delivered through the HR and OD teams, including Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, as well as linking in with the communications team when it comes to engaging and communicating with everyone working for the charity.
