Style Together – a charity fashion extravaganza
People across Manchester gathered at the Together Trust centre in Cheadle for a multiple-day pop-up shopping experience with brand-new and pre-loved clothing at bargain prices.
With 7 clothes rails, 9 tables and 2 spotlight boards – our first-ever charity sale open to the public brought together unique items donated to us by local retailers and kind people alike. Opportunities like this allow our shoppers to look through a large variety of sizes, styles and items to find what they’re really looking for. And what better way to shop than knowing your spending is making life better for thousands of children and adults in the Greater Manchester area?
Clothing is a significant part of the donations we receive as a charity. We are lucky to partner with amazing regional stores as well as national retailers to receive unsold stock, end-of-line or sample items. On top of that, we receive support from our local community during our regular Declutter and Donate events.
Missed the event? Don’t worry – the best pieces left from the day will go on our Vinted and Depop shop soon. Keep an eye out for even more bargains!
The clothing not sold during the event that doesn’t make the cut for online shopping will be recycled at our next Declutter and Donate event, where we receive money from Bags2School for the weight of clothing donated.
