Recycling plastic waste whale entry (Second prize) in Brunel Young Inventor competition
Ashcroft students' on helping our oceans and rivers around the world. They have found that about eight million tons of plastic enter the ocean every year which has a detrimental effect not only to marine life but human health. This is why they have come up with a brilliant solution which is about inventing a waterproof and synthetic whale, floating in the ocean being able to target and consume the waste through its sonar radar.

Ashcroft students' entry project on leading an environmentally friendly life in four stages. Their elaborative solution to an eco-community involved wind farms, solar rails and panels, as well as sustainable energy.
